Name: Ivar Svensen Pellici's is without a shadow of a doubt a hidden gem. My mother took me there maybe ten years ago or more, but it had been there since she was little (She is born 1944), so chances are it still is. The pizzas are the perfekt italo-american pizzas with the thin crust, but large "share" size. Describing the flavor is pointless, you just have to go there and try it for yourself!
Name: joseph mognancki i've traveled the whole east coast from maine to florida and hands down the best tomato pie i ever waten is delorenzo's. the crust is thin and light and the texture you can't beat. only fresh toppings no canned crap. i can eat a large pie myself anywhere else i'm filled after 2 slices. the waiter staff are polite and believe me make no mistakes. forget about the part where they don't have a bathroom. that's because of the grandfather law. the place is small and the wait is sometimes long but that is part of the mystique of delorenzo's tomato pie. you know trenton, new jersey is the only place in the world where a pizza is called a tomato pie. so try this place and you will never eat another tomato pie. family owned for over 65 years.

Name: Joan Sherrard DeLorenzo's on Hamilton Avenue in Trenton, N.J. There is no better pizza in my opinion. You would laugh at what they call good pizza here in my new home state of Arizona.Not sure why they can not make a good pizza out here, maybe its the water or the altitude or the tomatoes. Anyway after having a DeLorenzo's Pie you are spoiled in regards to other pizza.
Name: -c tradition is: waiting in line for two hours in the freezing rain & snow gladly every sunday evening for pepe's, while drinking foxon park white birch. & after, hitting up libby's for watermelon italian ice & a canoli. look, i basically feel awful for people who have never been to pepe's in new haven, connecticut. i consider myself one of the luckiest people alive, since i live within a 10 minute driving distance of heaven.
